This poetic folk composition captures a hare mid-leap through a field of autumn herbs beneath a bold red harvest moon. The surrounding foliage is rendered in layered, stylized forms, combining natural elements with decorative structure. The large sun disc behind the hare creates a dramatic focal contrast, grounding the composition in folk symbolism. The palette of muted ivory, deep red, sage, and charcoal enhances the autumnal and slightly mystical atmosphere. Fine linework and textured shading give the image a handcrafted, illustrated quality. The scene feels both calm and quietly magical, rooted in countryside folklore. Perfect for cozy interiors, seasonal décor, or artistic spaces, this artwork brings storytelling, symbolism, and rustic charm.
