How do custom canvas prints work?

Choose a canvas size, upload your photo, and add any crop notes. We print on artist canvas, stretch it over a solid wood stretcher, and ship it ready to hang.

What sizes do you offer?

Every piece is a gallery-wrapped canvas, ready to hang unframed, in four vertical sizes: 24×32 and 30×40 (3:4), 24×36 and 32×48 (2:3).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed to order, then shipped with tracking. See the Shipping & Delivery page for current production and delivery timing.

What is your returns policy?

Ready-made wall art and personalised items have different return rules. Review the Returns & Refunds page, and contact support if anything arrives damaged.

Will my photo be sharp enough to print?

Original, high-resolution photos print best. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed images — the Upload Guide has simple checks before you order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Personalised items move into production quickly, so changes are easiest right after ordering.

Do you support bulk or trade orders?
