Upload photos that print beautifully

A few simple photo checks can make your custom canvas look sharper and more polished.

  • How uploading works

    Choose your canvas size, then use the upload field on the product page to attach your photo before adding it to cart.

  • Choose orientation carefully

    Portrait photos work best — every canvas we make is vertical, so an upright original fills the frame without heavy cropping.

  • Recommended image quality

    Upload the original photo at full resolution. Larger prints need more pixels — when in doubt, send the biggest file you have.

  • Accepted file types

    JPG and PNG work best. HEIC photos from phones are also fine. Avoid screenshots, social media downloads, and heavily compressed files.

  • Use good lighting

    Bright, clear photos print with better detail, colour, and contrast than dark or grainy images.

  • Leave safe crop space

    Keep faces, hands, and text away from the edges so nothing important is lost in the gallery wrap or trim.
